Bright and fresh in the glass, the nose is divine! Spicy, fragrant, cherries and cinnamon all entwined with beautiful savoury characters. The palate is soft and supple from the Pinot showing strawberries and mulberries. Then there is the power and silky tannins, the structure and weight and the beautiful length from the Shiraz. Medium body in weight, and a wine that should cellar really well up to 10 years.
This wine pairs well with beef, lamb, game, cured meats, grilled mushrooms stuffed with feta, fresh herbs chilli.
