This first release of Petillant Natural which is made from Riesling that is vinified in a ceramic egg, then allows the wine to rest of its lees for 3 months. Dry, crisp and clean. Think granny smith apples and lime zest, the ultimate refresher.
This wine pairs well with appetizers and snacks. Charcuterie or cheese board.
