A beautifully proportioned Grampians Shiraz combining richness and power with finesse.

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Sailing out of the glass are marked pepper laced scents of dark plum and liquorice which are followed by some smoked meat, earth and spice.

Rich and sleek, the beautifully proportioned palate is generously endowed with red to dark plum and liquorice fruits which meld into a vanillin cedar, dried meat, scorched earth and blackpepper infused back drop.

Boasting outstanding power and depth it nonetheless shows tremendous finesse. Polished tannin structure finishing long, refined and very savoury.
