A great example of a classic Margaret River Cabernet, displaying aromas of black cherry and cassis with a deep mocha influence from the oak. An exquisite parcel of Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon underwent gentle maceration on skins prior to extended maturation in a selection of fine French Oak barriques.

This wine works with all varieties of red meat grilled steak, roast pork etc, also great with roasted vegetables, especially things like capsicum, spinach and eggplant. You can never go wrong with peppercorn sauce too!
