Known since she was a girl as Pickles , Nicole McPherson is a brilliant cook, renowned for her mouth-watering apple tart. Her dinner parties with her husband Andrew are legendary, cooked in her farmhouse stove from produce she has nurtured in her large kitchen garden.

Colour – Pale straw with a touch of green.

Nose – Tropical fruit aromas of passionfruit, papaya and ripe pineapple with a hint of herbaceous characters such as capsicum and tomato bush leaves.

Palate – A juicy citrus palate and a crisp, clean finish.
