Neil Paulett was the 109th Winemaker to proudly graduate from Adelaide University s Roseworthy College. Now with over 50 years of winemaking experience these years of knowledge are captured in this exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon. Showcasing what Pauletts do best and celebrating and highlighting the regional and varietal characteristics.

Full bodied, rich concentrated. Juicy blackcurrant and blackberry, fleshy plums and choc mint flavours.

COLOUR Deep ruby garnet red, crimson hue.

NOSE Complex nose consisting of blackcurrant, mulberry, dark plums, dark chocolate, dusty oak and a slight herbal/leafy undertone.

PALATE Full bodied, rich and concentrated. Juicy blackcurrant and blackberry, fleshy plums and choc mint flavours. Firm dense tannins give texture and structure, supporting the balanced, long finish.

Pair with steak, lamp, roasted pork, rich pasta dishes as well as hard cheeses.
