Light pink with a tinge of orange colour. A soft particularly complex dry rose with enticing ripe berry driving both palate and bouquet. Lovely fruit weight and depth of flavour along with a savoury finish makes this an incredibly moreish wine.

This wine will pair perfectly with chicken or ni oise salad, salmon, feta, spinach/mint and quinoa tartelettes, duck, lamb served pink, veggie skewers on the barbecue, charcuterie and soft cheeses.
