A crisp Chardonnay from the cool climate Adelaide Hills, showing great balance and composure. Golden delight. A charmingly beautiful scent with peach, apricot, vanilla and white spices. Flavours of nectarine, apple, pear, citrus peel, white pepper and a touch of vanilla. A deft touch of old French oak adds extra complexity and a wonderfully rich and round mouth feel.

This wine pairs well with pork, rich fish, vegetarian and poultry.
