The 2022 Eden Road The Long Road Shiraz hails from the Gundagai region in Southern New South Wales. This wine is a true gem, having won the prestigious 2009 Jimmy Watson Trophy that put Eden Road on the map. It s a blend of 55% grapes from Tumblong Estate vineyard and 45% from the Cullarin vineyard located at Lake George.

Colour: Dark red with purple hues. Aromas and Flavours: Subtle dark cherry, black olive, blackberry, and black pepper. Palate: Complex, with a savory and long finish, complemented by velvety tannins.

Shiraz is a perfect wine to pair with red meat, such as beef, lamb, and venison. The tannins in Shiraz can complement the rich flavours of red meat, and the wine’s bold taste can stand up to the intense flavours of grilled or roasted meat.
