A light, fun expression of the vintage that was. Cinsault’s light fragrance crunchy acidity, Grenache donating volume and vibrant fruit, Syrah lends some darkness and spice, with Mourvedre to round it out with a little leather and gaminess.

Cellar temp in the cooler months for a fuller spicier expression. Serve slightly chilled over the warmer months for a 12pm, 5pm and / or midnight elixir.

This wine pairs well with beef, pasta, lamb and game dishes.
