The fruit was sourced from vineyards in the Adelaide Hills along with a small parcel from Eden Valley, providing a diverse spectrum of flavours and aromas to create a rich and complex wine. The incredibly rich and creamy palate is indicative of the vintage all perfectly balance with crisp natural acidity.

Soft poached pear, lychee and white peach fruits all dominate the beautifully textured palate. The extended lees contact this wine has received has added real complexity to the mid-palate and given the wine an extra dimension along with a long lingering finish.
