A brilliant fresh green straw colour on release. Aromas complex, perfumed notes of citrus and fresh nectarines balanced by toasty French oak and a savoury cashew character from barrel fermentation. The palate is full-bodied and complex. Stone fruits and honeydew melon flavours lead to a creamier rounded mid-palate of peach, vanilla and roasted nuts, with a lingering crisp finish of grapefruit and spicy French oak.

When it comes to seafood it will pair well with seafood dishes based on shellfish like crab, lobster, shrimp, and mussels. You’ll also find that it pairs very well with flaky white fish like halibut.
