The palate possesses layers of flavours and textures with bold, rich strokes of stone fruit, lemon curd, and pear drop effortlessly counterbalanced by lively citrus acidity and oak influence in the form of cardamom and nutmeal. Soft and supple, the wine moves across the palate revealing great length, generosity and persistence of flavour.
