Unfortunately due to Covid travel restrictions we couldn’t make our annual visit to Kentucky this year. Luckily Barton Master Distiller, Danny Kahn came to the rescue by picking not one but two incredible barrels for us! Fortunately the team from Visit Bardstown captured the whole experience as part of their National Bourbon Day event, checkout the video below!

Our first release is a Single Barrel 1792 Bottled in Bond, from the Barton Distillery. In 1897, the Bottled-in-Bond Act revolutionized the quality of American whiskey. Carrying on that tradition, this ~7.5 year bourbon is bottled at 50% abv, or 100 proof a testament to the Bottled-in-Bond Act established over a century ago.

The 1792 Bottled in Bond was recently awarded Double Gold at the prestigious San Francisco World Spirits Competition, and this is the first time the BIB is available in Australia!
