Multi-award winning winery Bay of Fires are well known for bringing together fruit from across the apple isle to produce wines of intense flavour and purity. Their Chardonnay is a classic example with its aromas of spice, fresh white peach and lemon zest. There is a hint of toasty oak and a note of lemon curd richness that is on display when the wine is young. There are flavours of stone fruit and grapefruit that marry ever so well with a creamy mouthfeel that adds wonderful complexity.
