The Bay of Stones Chardonnay Pinot Noir Brut Cuvee is an NV (non-vintage)  sparkling wine. 

The freshness of fruit flavours and yeast complexity is achieved by the inclusion of more than one vintage during assemblage.

This cross blending of vintages also allows the winemaker to accomplish a consistency of quality and style.

This wine offers citrus fruit flavours enhanced with creamy characters and a crisp, clean finish.
