The wine s lively crimson colour is accompanied by a fragrant bouquet of dark cherry, blackberry, pepper and aniseed, with a savoury, textured mouthfeel. Although weighted for early drinking, the 2021 Marked Tree Red has a sturdy spine and will age gracefully.

This wine will pair with red meat, such as beef, lamb, and venison. The tannins in Shiraz can complement the rich flavours of red meat, and the wine’s bold taste can stand up to the intense flavours of grilled or roasted meat.
