Old vine wines from the Northern Barossa produce elegant but powerful wines. They are subtle but have a remarkable length to the pallet and this wine is no exception. Black forest fruits dominate and the lifted fruit is underpinned but elegant French oak spice.

Pairings: Grilled and barbecued foods, sausages, kebabs and hearty vegetables that have a nice char from the grill, as well as smoky barbecued meats are the perfect matching for warm climate Shiraz.
