The Hentley Farm Cabernet Sauvignon from the Barossa Valley is a noteworthy wine. Expect varietal hallmarks of sweet blackcurrant and cassis, defining this exact and desperately youthful Barossa Cabernet. It s nicely supported by high-cocoa dark chocolate oak, with a long finish enlivened by firm, grainy, young tannins.

This wine works with all varieties of red meat grilled steak, roast pork etc, also great with roasted vegetables, especially things like capsicum, spinach and eggplant. You can never go wrong with peppercorn sauce too!
