The Conductor is a succulent and savoury merlot. Dark cherry, chocolate and cloves on the palate with hints of dried herbs and forest floor. On the palate there is a juicy core of dark fruit berry fruit and chewy tannins.

Red wine like Merlot is perfect for the Autumn and Winter months. They have a full body, rich flavours, and pair well with heartier meals like roasts, stews, beef cheeks, or other slow-cooked red meat dishes and pasta dishes.
